Badges are to be worn visibly for the duration of your visit to CALGARY EXPO. If you are attending multiple days, you must keep your badge intact over those multiple days. If you are cosplaying, consider how your badge will be worn with gloves, morph costumes, or other pieces. For any questions or special concerns about wearing a badge, visit our Customer Service Desk in the Ticketing Hall at the event.
We are able to replace lost or stolen badges only if they are activated and registered to you. When you receive your badge, protect it by registering it at calgaryexpo.com/activate.
Please note: A $5 fee will be charged for deactivating and replacing badges. Any badges which have been damaged or tampered with will not be replaced by CALGARY EXPO.
