If your shipped admission doesn’t arrive before you head to CALGARY EXPO—don’t worry! You can get your passes reissued at the Customer Service Desk in the Ticketing Area.
Please note:
- If tracking shows you order was delivered, a $5 replacement fee per badge will apply.
- Any merchandise included with your package must be picked up on-site during CALGARY EXPO.
- Shipping applies to admission only—special experience tickets are not eligible.
