Fans with accessibility needs are welcome to bring a medical companion or support person to CALGARY EXPO. We’re happy to offer a complimentary single-day pass for a support person. You do not need to register in advance — simply visit the accessibility desk on-site each day you plan to attend, and our team will assist you. Fans with disabilities are required to purchase an admission ticket.
Here are the key points outlining what our accessibility policy covers:
-
Advance Companion Registration: There is no need to register your companion in advance; however, both you and your companion must visit the accessibility services desk on-site each day of attendance.
-
Medical Stickers: This helps staff, crew, and security recognize and assist you appropriately.
-
Companion Admission: This pass grants your companion access to the same areas as you.
-
Priority Access or Benefits: The medical sticker and companion pass do not provide early access, priority seating, or exclusive benefits such as merchandise perks or "line-jumps."
-
Specially Ticketed Experiences: Policies for special experiences may vary. It's recommended to contact us in advance to inquire about medical companion accommodations for these events.
We’re committed to making the CALGARY EXPO experience welcoming and accessible for everyone. If you have additional questions or need support ahead of time, feel free to submit a request.
