To change the email and send your tickets to a different email, go to your order confirmation page. Click on "VIEW YOUR RECEIPT AND QR CODES HERE". Select the “Edit” option next to your tickets, update the email address, and click “Update Ticket.”
If you need to change the email linked to your order, please contact us here. Include the original email used to place your order, provide the email you'd like to updated to, confirm the number of items in your order, and advise the last four digits of the card used.
