To change the email and send your tickets to a different email, go to your order confirmation page. Click on "VIEW YOUR RECEIPT AND QR CODES HERE". Select the “Edit” option next to your tickets, update the email address, and click “Update Ticket.”
If you need to change the email linked to your order, please contact Leap Customer Support here. Provide the new email address along with your order QR code number, the last name on the order, and the last four digits of the card used. Once verified, the Leap team will assist you.
