• This guarantee applies to photo ops and special experiences that completely sell out within 24 hours of going on sale
• You must have a Ultimate Fan Package to use this benefit
• You still need to purchase your photo op or special experience - this is not a free ticket

For guests appearing multiple days:

• • The guarantee only works if all dates sell out within 24 hours
  • If some dates are still available, please book one of those instead

How to use your guarantee

1. Contact us within 24 hours from when the item first went on sale
2. We'll send you a purchase link (may take 3-7 business days)
3. Your email must be timestamped before the 24-hour deadline

Example timeline

Let's say photo ops go on sale January 1 at 10 AM MT:

• Deadline for complete sellout: January 3 at 10 AM MT
• Your deadline to contact us: January 2 at 10 AM MT
