Special Preview: Get in early on Thursday at 2 PM!
Head Start: Enjoy early access to the show floor — 11:30 AM on Friday and 9:30 AM on Saturday & Sunday.
How to enter (if badge shipped): You can enter the show through the Ticketing Hall or any re-entry point.
If your badge was not shipped: Head over to the Ticketing Hall to redeem your ticket.
VIP Merch Pick-Up: Pick up your exclusive VIP swag in the VIP Lounge. Just show your order QR code to the VIP Concierge.

Please note: Children 12 and under with a VIP or Ultimate Fan parent/guardian can access the lounge but will not receive merchandise perks. Non-VIP or Ultimate Fan ticket holders aged 13 and over, even if accompanied by a parent/guardian, will not have access to the lounges.
