Exclusive Ultimate Fan Lounge Access: An exclusive area for Ultimate Badge holders to recharge and relax. Ultimate Badge holders must show their Ultimate Badge to be admitted into the lounge. Items and belongings may not be stored in the lounge overnight. Children 12 an under with a Ultimate parent/guardian may access the Ultimate Lounge but will not receive any merchandise perks. Non-Ultimate Fan Package aged 13 and over attending with a Ultimate Badge parent/guardian will not have access to the Ultimate Lounge.
Special Ticketed Experience and and Celebrity Photo Op 24-Hour Guarantee: If a special experience or celebrity photo op sells out within 24 hours of being available. For guests appearing on multiple days, if only one day sells out, the guarantee does not apply. Ultimate Fan Package holders must contact us within 48 hours of the item going on sale to request a link to purchase it. It may take 3-7 business days for a response.
