If a guest cancels and you’ve purchased an autograph, photo op, or special experience related to that guest, you will automatically receive a refund for that purchase, in accordance with our ticket policy. These refunds are processed directly by Epic, and no action is required on your part. For updates or questions regarding these refunds, you can contact Epic Customer Service here.
If a guest cancellation leads you to reconsider attending the event and you wish to cancel your admission ticket, you may do so only if the refund deadline has not passed. If it is still before the deadline, you are welcome to process a self-refund through your confirmation email. Please note that service fees are non-refundable.
