Exclusive VIP Lounge Access: An exclusive area for VIP Badge holders to recharge and relax. VIP Badge holders must show their VIP Badge to be admitted into the lounge. You can feel free to leave your bag and coat during the show. Items and belongings may not be stored in the lounge overnight. Children 12 an under with a VIP parent/guardian may access the VIP Lounge but will not receive any merchandise perks. Non-VIP aged 13 and over attending with a VIP parent/guardian will not have access to the VIP Lounge.
Special Ticketed Experience and and Celebrity Photo Op 48-Hour Guarantee: If a special experience or celebrity photo op sells out within 48 hours of being available. For guests appearing on multiple days, if only one day sells out, the guarantee does not apply. VIP Package holders must contact us within 48 hours of the item going on sale to request a link to purchase it. It may take 3-7 business days for a response. Autographs are not covered by the guarantee, and it does not provide free tickets or early access to purchase. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Access to Main Theatre Presentations: VIP ticket holders will have first priority access to presentations in the Main Theatre. VIP ticket holders MUST be in line 30 minutes before the presentations. Excludes specially ticketed experiences, unless otherwise noted.
Express Pass for Celebrity Autograph and Photo Op Areas: Autographs - VIP Badge holders should proceed directly to the VIP Concierge Desk in the Autograph Hall. You will be escorted by a member of the VIP Services Team to the celebrity of your choice and placed at the front of the line. Photo Ops - VIP Badge holders should go directly to the VIP line in the Photo Op Area by showing your VIP Badge.
Autographs and Photo Ops are separate fees and are not included in the VIP Package. VIPs cannot skip ahead of other VIPs in line. If you have additional people joining you for a Photo Op, they can access the VIP line with you (up to 3 additional people).
