You can swap your admission ticket day to a different day before the refund date or before your order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact us for assistance.
Here’s how to swap your admission ticket day, while quantities last:
Steps to swap day

Open your order confirmation email.

Click the grey "VIEW YOUR RECEIPT AND QR CODES HERE" button.

On your ticket confirmation page, click the "SWAP" button next to the ticket you want to change.

Select your new ticket date. (If a ticket type is sold out, it won’t appear as an option.)

If the new admission is more, you will be prompted to pay the difference. If it’s less, no refund will be issued, and once a ticket type sells out, it won’t be available for swap or upgrade.
If the new admission is less and it is before the refund deadline, we recommend performing a self-refund on your original order and placing a new order for the new ticket. Please note, service fees will not be refunded.
